i had a weird dream i really wanted to record in my dream journal but i forgot what it was, I still remember how the dream made me feel but i don't remember what happened and it feels like it's on the tip of my tongue.
so frustrating
i forgot my dream >:(

A dream log would be a fun habit to pick up. I personally haven't found any use for one outside of ideas I might have from a nonsensical dream, and that was like... ten years ago, probably lol.
Has it helped you with creativity or identifying feelings?
Not yet, I haven't written down enough dreams to notice any patterns I haven't noticed already
