'I don't believe in the sun'

Hello everyone! Felt like writing a little entry today. 

I'm back at university again, it's a new semester, a new project, new everything. I made sure I was on time and present for my first class and I feel way more organized with this project than the last one I worked on. I'm actually kind of excited. 

While on my break I rehearsed a new song with a friend that I'm really hyped to start bringing to life. No promises for a date, just know that something is on the way and it'll be our little secret in this circle. Expect something driven by acoustic guitars, warm feelings and me doing the best belt in my discography so far. 

The weather sucks again, typical Auckland. 

Conveniently as I started this entry I was listening to the song by The Magnetic Fields 'I don't believe in the sun". I was listening to 69 love songs on shuffle by accident thinking I'd been streaming in order when I actually hadn't. This song however is very true to the moment as I'm starting to believe the sun simply doesn't exist here anymore. 

I'm attempting to get through that album because I feel like every music person, especially if they're indiepop inclined should have that experience. When I get to the end, maybe I'll write another entry talking about my favorite songs out of the entire 69 of them. I'm about halfway through disc 2 right now.
