no double feature

303 tuesday i think, i do not know.

today is, as most may call it, oppenheimer day. 

i got no tickets for barbie, which bums me out, but it’s not like i was going to see it anyway because no one in my family wants to watch it and i’m supposed to wait for my best friend to come back from his trip—i have to wait for days.

my marathon on wes anderson movies has been going good. i’m watching moonrise kingdom right now, barely starting, and yesterday i watched the aquatic life of who knows fuck. my favorites so far are, probably, asteroid city, the french dispatch, and i really enjoyed the darjeeling unlimited, which might make it my favorite. as of now, i’m still missing isle of dogs, fantastic mr. fox, and rushmore (plus another one i don’t know the name of). i’m not really excited for rushmore, so that means what i’m watching next is fantastic mr.fox. hope it doesn’t depress me.

also, i got sick. my mother gave me the flu, or a cold, or i don’t know, but my throat is killing me, and i’m so mad, so very, utterly, mad, because it genuinely hurts. i was supposed to be having a good day, watching oppenheimer and trying to write, and now i’m sick! go figure. 

at least i’ve been losing weight.
