today's nostalgia: hit clips

Today: Consider the Hit Clip. Was it a good way of listening to music? No. But as a future Headphones Kid, it sent me down the path to greatness. I was free from the shackles of listening to Rod Stewart in the car. I could listen to the same 30 seconds of Britney Spears' Lucky instead! Luckily for me I have ADHD, so I was super cool with endlessly repeating those 30 seconds and staring out the car window in a daze.

I have a lot of nostalgia for MP3 Players and other weird 2000s music devices. What about you guys? Did you have a Hit Clip or other weird device?
