Depression getting the best of me

I can't swim

Slowly and calmly

Down I sink

It's not as scary

As you'd think

I can't move

I can't swim

I can't let

Anyone in

I'm paralyzed

Drowning in sorrow

I can't get up

So I'll try again tomorrow.
