Today was okay. Reconnected with an old friend I stopped talking to for a while. I needed to get better without him and he needed to DO better to be back in my life. We both succeeded and now we can be friends again and it's been nice.
Really tired recently - can't sleep though. I think I need to talk to my therapist about that.
Today I stayed inside. It was all okay. -✿

Glad yall are friends again! As for sleep I'd take melatonin gummies. Knocks you out in like an hour or so plus it's safe as long as you take 1 whenever you need to.

I used to take melatonin, it doesn’t have much of an effect on me anymore unfortunately :( But THANK YOU!
