Mistaken For Kezia
Space Station 13 is my favorite game of all time probably. Multiplayer space station sim, server size depends but varies from 20-100 players. Players have different jobs ranging from chef, janitor, security, scientist and captain. Each job is real in depth, you have different responsibilities. But mainly you're trying to prevent the station from falling to chaos. Random players are selected to be antagonists who do different things, from destroying entire sections of the station or quietly trying to steal from others. It all comes together in hour ish long rounds that can either be quiet and relaxing or pure chaos from the start.
ohhhh i think i know that game! it's a top-down one, right? that's dope as hell. also i can fuck up a good space sim, elite dangerous is one of my fav games!! its an older one but it bangs, even if it can get a lil dry at times.
also it sounds like the game youre referencing is a lot like barotrauma, if you've ever seen that. its a game about running a submarine on an alien planet with a crew of [REDACTED] people, and you have some tasks to do n stuff. sometimes people sabotage your shit though, its hella cool! a bit expensive for a 2d game though. especially if everyone needs to own it

I tried getting into elite dangerous but couldn't quite do it, maybe I just wasn't in the right headspace at the time.
Also, Barotrauma takes direct inspiration from ss13! The clown faction is very much a homage to ss13 clowns. It's a beautiful thing.

Oh that's so cool! I never would've guessed, but also that makes a lot of sense.
Also yeah, Elite Dangerous is pretty hard to get into but it's fun every now and then. I just like traveling from place to place and seeing new stars and systems. I'll never forget how cool it was to see a neutron star for the first time, the giant blue and white bands expanding out for seemingly ever. God I love space. I should really play that game again.
