What's the TEA?

Hi friends, 


I just wanted to share with everyone a little tool that I use to manage myself. I call it the TEA. It stands for Thoughts Emotions Actions. When I'm feeling stuck and I want to get somewhere, I ask myself:

"What's the TEA?"

What are the thoughts and beliefs I need to have in order to understand something?
What are the emotions or feelings I want to feel about it?
What are the actions/behaviors I would need to take to make sure I get it?

This method helps to sort out my life and keep self-awareness. It allows me to be sure that what I'm practicing is conducive and in alignment with the things I want.
