Why try?

Everything dies

Not plant nor animal will eternally survive

So why do we try?

If one day human kind inevitably dies

The world would go on

There would still be dusk and dawn

The grass would still grow on the lawn

And who would know we were gone?

The moon would still go around

The seeds would still sprout out of the ground

Not a single human found

But the birds would still make their sound

The rain would pour

The birds would soar

The earth would spin around the core

And humans would be no more.
