How to get skinny?

I don’t k ow to to get skinny without dying. I’m 14 and I’m like probably 250 pounds. I eat too much. I don’t even eat that much some days. Maybe one meal tomorrow and like 5 today. I just wanna get skinny. Any tips without the starving or working out? I CANT even go to 4 days starving myslef and working out I would just quit.

dont starve yourself, that stuff just fires back later in the worst moment!
a calorie deficit is the most important part, try creating a food log for a week or a month to see what a rough estimate is of your current intake. its suggested to then lower that number no more than 500 cals (otherwise it might backfire) the average person eats around 2000-2500 cals a day but there are many calculators online to find your perfect intake depending on your height.
exercise doesnt have to mean going to the gym or doing sit ups on your bedroom floor, going on a walk or taking a bike/walking instead of a car or bus already counts as exercise!
just remember that it takes time, the journey has its up and downs but if you keep your motivation up you'll definitely get there. best of luck^^

try being in a calorie deficit and dont starve yourself! it sucks from personal experience. try and walk some steps everyday and then maybe do some workouts from youtube (they rlly help!) i think thats it but dont starve urself!!

starving yourself is not the way to go and it can be challenging but once you get the hang of it it’s rewarding having a healthy balanced diet of greens and protein try to stay away from sodas/ high processed foods and get exercise maybe sign up for a workout class or a sport you’re interested in :)

eat as much as u need, alot of greens, vegetables and fruits, balance ur meals make them diverse and fun to prepare, DONT STARVE YOURSELF, if u want try intermediate fasting im not sure if it works but if u make enough research you'll probably figure it out.
get plenty of exercise and practice on form more than the reps u can do, find easy and beginner friendly workouts. u can go for a walk, start jogging, cycling or start any activity u like which can also help reduce stress.
surround yourself with people that support u, dont give up.

the best thing you can do is a caloric deficit, you can keep eating all the foods you want usually ,but you have to calorie count, look up a calorie calculator and it'll make you put in ur age,height, and weight and from there itll tell you how many calories you should be eating in a day. You dont rlly "have" to stop eating the things you like while doing it but it'll help you if u add some healthy things in ur diet too. If u me to help explain things to u feel free to inbox me :)

Please don't starve yourself but I do think that you should probably workout if you want to get skinny. Maybe just try some light cardio, maybe a bit of running, it's normal to feel like you're gonna die when working out and if you workout consistently it will get easier. At the beginning of this year I could do 8 push-ups max and now I can do 30 which isn't a lot but it's progress. You can find some cardio exercises to do on youtube, just working out 10 minutes a day is enough to see results.
