Space and theories on evolution

Have you ever thought about how we are alone in the universe. That can't be true with infinite space. Everyone says you can't live without water and air however we evolved to live on our planet.Have we ever thought that other beings could of evolved to live on other planets like we did to ours and how we believe other beings cannot live without the things we evolved with an gotten used to.If we are alone in the universe can't we run a experiment on the slow process of evolution. Sure it could take many years and even decades however after the experiment is done we will have every useful information.Have we thought how to run the experiment.We could run it by taking many different people and slowly taking them through what different planets are like and as they evolve we strengthen the amount like at first we slowly take away the amount of air from a room and give them as much air as the other planet has of course we wait until the evolve to have lessen air to avoid people getting hurt. Evolution could be non visible and there for should be study on the people themselves by interview everyday on how they feel and studying how they behave if it has gotten any different we must notify it. Since evolution is a multi decade process we must have them create different generations and their children will continue from where the parents left off.
