getting humbled by your age

Nothing fucks me up more than NOT getting carded lately and I'm only 24. I don't know if the people I'm out with is the culprit or if its the fact that I am looking older now, but it is certainly a humbling experience when I do get carded now. I went to Bonchon with a friend and ordered soju so when we ask we had our ID's out for the waiter (he was like 19 at best) and he goes "huh yeah I mean figured". We both basically were like "ouch that one stung a bit" and laughed it off. It happened again tonight when I went out for drinks with my friend, I was wearing a Joyce Manor shirt on and the waiter noticed it and was basically like "cool shirt! I listen to them too!" So we order beers and the waiter goes "I mean the Joyce Manor shirt alone gives me enough proof but since you look younger than me I'll need to check ID's" so we hand him our ID's and this mf looks at mine and goes "huh well I wasn't expecting you to be that much younger". Bruh did you think I was like 30?! Anyways I'm just mad I'm getting older so if you need me I'll be crying to some old Real Friends with a PBR since I guess I'm 30 now :')
