Seasonal Affective Disorder

I feel that I have this almost every year since like, 2016. I live in Brazil so our winter goes from june to september and I usually felt this like in july or august but this year I feel that it came a little early.

I don't really know how to explain but I feel uneasy and uncomfortable during cold days. As if there was something wrong with my life but I know there isn't. I miss something but I don't really know what it is.
