Starting the night off strong Spite was the opener. Would've been nice to see their full set, but like most of the people I talked to I hit traffic and was stuck on I-94. Kill or Be Killed and Crumble were the only two songs I got out of Spite, but they sounded as UGHHHHHHH as I remember since the last time I saw them in 2019. I found their setlist online and it's now one of my main rotating playlists. The pit, the sound, solid 7/10.
NothingNowhere I honestly forgot was playing that night, but then again I was going off of just BandsInTown like an idiot for this show. They definitely impressed me because, the last time I heard them was when they collabed with Stand Atlantic for deathwish. hammer was still my favorite song, I also somehow was the first to crowd surf at this point in the show so that really made it sorta peak for me. ANX13TY was probably my favorite song as far as the pit goes, a lot of aggressive head nodding was going down. 8/10 would see again.
Wage War had a setlist that was over an hour between 3 albums. They played a good amount of their new album, which I shockingly latched onto a lot faster than other new releases lately, and also their first album. I crowd surfed to Teeth, Indestructible, Me Against Myself, and If Tomorrow Never Comes. The pit was immaculate, the people, the energy, the sound *chef's kiss* Never a boring show! 10/10 would recommend!
