Got an oldish laptop, shoved Debian on it, now what?

My mother recently switched to a 2015 iMac for business use, and so I have her old Lenovo E50 laptop. I've installed Debian 11 on it, and am having fun, but I don't know what really to do with it beyond browsing in the living room instead of on my power-hungry gaming desktop upstairs. Any ideas?
