I think I might got cursed by my ex

Okay hear me out I know that this sounds absolutely crazy and I might am but thats not the point. When me and my ex met like a year ago they started to get into whichcraft and stuff like that and even tried to do a lovespell on me without my consent. Anyway recently I really attract bad luck which normally isnt the case. I drank molding drinks twice, always have the side wit the zip of my blanked at the top, am feeling sick all the time and just a lot of other things that made it obvious that something isnt going quite right rn. I have a coonstant feeling of being watched and my nightmares got really bad. Normally I have really good intuition and it just popped in my mind that I might got cursed. I think it would be possible that they tried some kind of course on me since they are just the type of person that would do such a thing. I thought about putting mirrors on my windows so I can mirror it to whoever tries to send me bad luck but I kind of need my mirrors. Do yall have some ideas
