My Relationship With My Mom SUX (04/20/2023)

   My mom has been really just...it just seems like she is revealing worse parts of herself everyday. She isn't how I assumed to be. I hate it.

  She doesn't understand what kind of scar her or others have left on me since I was little. She thinks getting beaten by your parents is being taught to respect. No, I wasn't regularly beaten by my parents, but occasionally other relatives would hit me when I did something wrong. But then she said that I, "have to move forward, that's in the past"

  When my father said to her that everything was in the past about him not paying child support etc, she said about how it may be in the past but it creates an effect. How hypocritical.
