-10 Dumbbell Rows (using yugioh tin full of cards as weight)
-15 Second Plank
-30 Jumping Jacks

Total Water: 6 cups

Food:

Breakfast: Miso Soup

Lunch: Mini 3 Cheese Pizza

Dinner: Mac & Cheese

Snack: Popcorn & Cake
