And I dont feel the anxiety
To kiss you again
Like before
When you are near me
the heat of your hands
don't burn my skin
Like they used to
When you sleep at night
You dont dream of me
I dont tremble when I hear your name
In silence we close our eyes
When we make love
If you are not near me
Time doesnt go by fast
And the only sound is silence.
It would be best to forget our past
It is impossible for time to reverse
If our love has ended and is over
I would prefered to confront our truth
It would be best if we go our seperate ways
So that we never have to look behind
And if there are no feelings between us
I prefer to say goodbye
