British Columbia

So I drove up to Vancouver from Portland for my trip this spring and it was awesome. The scenery made it great for a road trip up I-5 into Canada. We went to English Bay to see the water and explore downtown a bit. People were nice, but we a gas station worker thought we were stealing because we were American and didn't have cash yet. Tried Tim Hortons it was alright (coffee tasted just like Dunkin or Dutch Bros honestly) but it was only $3 CAD so cheaper than what you can get in the US. We ate dinner in Surrey (which was a culture shock in itself) and had the best dosa and chole bhature we've ever had. 10/10 would recommend.
