Sometimes, when a place wants to get rid of you they start to push you away slowly. Less hours, not invited to certain events, less responsibilities & sometimes even give you more on-call days instead of steady schedules. The way a business is run share many commons with how a relationship works.

Communication, teamwork, sharing ideas, & good attendance are needed for both to work, correct?

Sometimes, when a person wants to break up with you they start to push you away slowly. Don’t see you as much, don’t invite you out, and are only around or needed when convenient.

When you run a business, you hire ppl you think are fit for the job. You put them on a trial and hope everything works out. You do not dish out benefits and such until you see they are committed to work with the company.

When you get in a relationship, you talk to someone you think is fit for your standards. You put them on a trial and hope everything works out. You don't get your emotions involved and such until you see they are committed to being with you and are real.

When job hunting, there are a lot of things that you have to consider before you make the move to persue a career in the work you are interested in. Whether or not you are cut out for the job, if the pay is good, location and if your qualifications fit their requirements.

When dating, there are a lot of things that you have to consider before you make the move to persue a relationship with the person you are interested in. Whether or not you are ready to settle with that person, if they can take care of you emotionally, if they are in the right place in life and if what you have to offer fits their requirements for what they are looking for.
