sigma mindset

omg so happy i was able to clean out my birds cages after i gave myself a pep talk in the shower... its so easy to be depressed and defeatist but with what babe told me yesterday i was able to combat my negative thoughts and pump myself up. LFGGGG. im also seeing my dad today which might be a nice change. idk. he seems to be one of the only people who can always say hes proud of me without any hesitation behind it. i never get told that by my mom lol. what else... i also took my medication (goated). im hungry but im gonna wait for me and my dad to go to applebees first... i wonder if i can friend some people on here. we'll see
