Today's song is... Particle Man by They Might Be Giants
This is a childhood song from a childhood band. It's just funny and I still like it. Though when I was younger my siblings had an alternate version of one line deliberately made up because we thought it was better than the actual.
In the third verse...
"Who came up with Person Man?
Degraded man, Person Man"
Becomes
"Who came up with Person Man?
Nobody cares, Person Man"
I personally still think this would've been a funnier line but I'm not the one who made the song so I don't get a vote.
