Seasonal Depression Sucks

Seasonal depression is kicking my ass right now. I realize that when my mood changes I get stuck in a really bad art block. Like I feel so unconfident in my art and that’s really bad since I go to an art school. None of my assignments are doing well because of my declining mental health.
