TW: NSFW, PEDOS
Okay, so...
It all started when I said if you think bandaids for aesthetic are hot, you're gross. That's all. Then the guy who posted it said, "grow up"...this started making, I guess, people who follow that person and follow others associated with that person to come and say a bunch of stuff. They were all proshippers and "lolicon" / "shotacon" and if you don't know what that means...well...don't look it up.
One of the people decided to try and be like, "well, it's not bad. it's just drawings! they're not REAL kids!". That doesn't matter. It's not entirely different. It is a depiction of a human child. These people also try and say, "well actually...she is a megatron vampire dragon that is 1000000000 years old!" okay, and? or, again, "It's JUST a drawing." okay, and? there's nothing wrong with having a kink, there's nothing wrong with being sexual online, as long as:
1 You keep it to yourself only (private accounts) unless someone is obviously down with what you're doing. (over DM)
2 it is absolutely not harming anyone, at all. It does not normalize harm to real world people, including children, or animals.
Perpetuating this disgusting form of media does not help anybody. I don't care if you don't touch kids IRL, you are looking at fictional, yes, but depictions of children in sexual situations. "Children" and "sexual situations" should not ever come together in a sentence or moment. This person had a picture of these clearly, obviously, child characters and it was in their thread of "characters i'd like to fuck". I would not want this person out in society. There are more ped0philes than you think.
And lastly, if it were a realism drawing, would that still make it okay? according to their logic, yes. Just because it's not real does not mean it is not wrong. You think a child won't walk away from that moment harmed and distressed, however, making this behaviour seem normal hurts children.
They don't care about it anyway, but they should.
I reported them as well and aren't responding to them
