assuming since dxm is a legal substance i can post this. lessee.

decided since im slowly coming off a month-long binge to reminisce... better than benadryl but makes you just as stupid! (and for much much longer too)

the first few times were great, had 2 bottles of r30s and took 150mg tops since im light, then i built up a huge tolerance from taking them every day of the weekend,then every day of the weekday which really interfered with my daily life... narrowly avoided an impromptu drug test while i was STILL high. if you know anything about dxm people will be raving about the hallucinations you see, but after 2 or 3 times i lost it (which might b due to me taking cough syrup constantly too a couple months back)

i started mixing it with weed (also legal in my state! guessing this isnt against the rules.) to excaberate the high and i was so out of it. that entire part of my life is a blur now. my great grandpa died in the middle of this binge and i didn't feel anything... then suddenly at the funeral every emotion started coming to me. im lucky my partner went with me for emotional support because i think i cried more than anyone there somehow. i felt like a 5 year old.

if you ever decide to experiment with dxm due to its easy access PLEASE be careful. its not physically addictive but the psychological addiction cannot be mistaken, especially if you're stressed out or depressed. i believe in harm reduction but when you do things to distract from your problems like i was doing its hard to hold onto those principles. since i came off ive been as depressed and emotionally void as i was stone cold sober, buuut... throw a little psychotic breaks in. my attention span is much shorter and writers block hit me like a motherfucker. while i was high or on the comedown 24/7 i was happier and more sociable but everyone i was friends with got pissed they couldnt hold a real conversation with me because i was so out of my head. i imagine it could be compared to something like a manic episode.

if youre dead set on getting high,my advice is just stick to weed, lol.
