Doppelganger(needs a title)
A young girl struggles with an entity that has taken her form. She runs and hides as much as she can but can not escape the doppelganger. She confronts the doppelganger and kills them, which leaves permanent damage to her brain, hiding and killing herself, deep stuff amiright.

it might be better if the girl has this monster inside of her already as an infestation or body horror type beat? thinking she's fine when really it's already too late. i think that might be what you're going towards but have the doppelganger as a potential idea.
