SHE'S HERE! UPDATED! (Newborn)

Although, it was a TOUGH competition with the names..

With two X chromosomes, Bob and I would like to welcome little Lakynn!!

UPDATE:

As I was writing this, I went into labor. I am here to announce that I have successfully delivered little Lakynn. (WITHOUT BOB! HE WAS WORKING!) She is just as adorable as can be!

With Lakynn home, Bob and I have noticed she has some cute reflexes. For example, my mother told me she had a grasping reflex. If me or Bob put our hand near hers, she will close her fist and grasp it all by herself. Unfortunately, she also has a crying reflex. If I am busy cleaning and cannot feed her until a little later, she will begin crying nonstop. Luckily, she ceases when she finally does get fed. Lastly, I did some more research and found that she also has a rooting reflex. If her father or new uncle holds her, she keeps trying to suck their T-shirts if they brush against her face. I am pretty sure it is because she is looking for food.

We will raise Lakynn as a normal baby. I don't have any plans to pink-ify or blue-ify everything, unless she shows interest in one of those colors or any other when she is older. She is a girl, but that does not mean we will only be exposing her to "girly" items. If she sees a truck toy and wants to play with it, so be it. (As long as I can convince the McDonald's manager to give the truck toy to her in the Happy Meal instead of the dumb one that no one wants yet is in excessive stock.) If she feels that she wants to explore her gender identity in the future, Bob and I will be open to that and support her. We only want her to be happy. After all, she has made us the happiest in our lives.
