Update? - 13/01/2023

First of all, happy new year dearies! I'm not dead, just absent. I've nothing to really update people on, as nothing much happened. Only these few things, I guess. 

I think it was the weekend before Christmas so Queensgate was HEAVING, my parents dropped me off there as my dad had to go take my mum to do a test (like a UK history test of something, I forgot what its called but you have to take it in order to become a UK citizen), so I was left at Queensgate on my own, at around lunchtime. I quickly got round all the shops I wanted to look at, Damaged Society was hella busy, there was this really tall goth guy in there with a top hat and long coat, he had massive spiked cuffs too, he looked like he had just come from the WGW (Whitby Goth Weekend)! When I went to go buy some lunch, everywhere was queuing out the door and I couldn't get in anywhere and this group of people (dunno how old they were) started yelling crap at me, so I just went outside and waited for my parents to come and pick me up. I don't think I want to go shopping Queensgate on my own again, and that was the first time I'd been there on my own. 

Uh my birthday happened like it does every year, we did nothing for that. Christmas also happened, I went and stopped round my grandma's for Christmas and the week following so she could avoid going out to lunch with someone lol. I got a rash of some sort whilst I was there. I met up with my friends who had gone to uni and we had a blast, also I got complimented by an old couple in our town and they said their granddaughter goes to WGW. 

And, uhhhh, yeah, new year happened and that's about it. Other than around every fortnight I'm stopping at my grandma's to do sewing. We've made one skirt with material that is too thin, and now we're having another go but with a rose patterned material that is thicker. 

Musically, I've found a lot of gothic songs from some radios, so I've been enjoying that. I've finished an art project and started another, as well as another drawing that I'm now at a point where I don't know what to do (see Coffin_Bean_Art on Instagram). Yeah... nothing has really happened. I just want this year to be better than the last... Hope y'all are okay and doing well!
