As the new year starts and as I start my healing journey, I plan on making big changes, starting with my routine. I am choosing to make healthier decisions. For my mental and physical health.
So with that being said, I’m going to write consistently on here... whether it be poetry, or a diary entry, or even my feelings. I plan to write every night, so I can form it into a coping mechanism or a way to clear and my brain before bed.
