Latest health update (and Happy New Year!!!)

Happy New Year everybody! I'm hoping 2023 will be the year of answers and solutions for me, lol. I FINALLY had the tilt-table test done; it took forever to find a location close enough that had the actual table equipment. Apparently my results are normal, and I don't have POTS -- this came as a shock to both me and my mom, since I have a cousin with POTS and our symptoms are nearly identical.

The raised dose of Cymbalta seems to really be helping with the daily headaches; I actually haven't had a bad episode since my last ER visit! We have appointments scheduled with a Neurosurgeon to talk about the Chiari Malformation and decide whether surgery is necessary, and an Endocrinologist to talk about the tumor in my pituitary gland.

Here's an ironic and cruel twist of fate; the Chiari Malformation may have been "activated" by me gaining weight... and the sudden weight gain was likely due to the pituitary tumor LOL. Life really has it out for me I guess. Anyways, I hope you guys had a great holiday :D
