I lied in my last post! I decided Amazon had a bigger install base than DeviantArt, and therefore would be a better option. The classic white header took forever because all the icons are in white, and had to be inverted. Unfortunately it was annoying in that it all used one singular image for its' header icons making replacing them with the old sheet tough. Luckily I was able to by adjusting the background positions with the 2012 images (Which suprisingly haven't changed at all aside from color). The buttons were also tough because even though I changed them whenever I hovered over them it would revert to modern. That issue was solved by going into the stylesheet, and messing with what hover displays over those specific input selectors. The rest was same-old same-old 'display: none;', and 'background-image/background-color'.

Hey thank you so much for the work, is there any way this could be edited to appear more like this? https://web.archive.org/web/20080204125830/http://www.amazon.com/

@Britknee I tried, however userstyles are unable to add HTML Elements which would be required to modify the homepage that drastically (CSS just changes how a web page is displayed). There are some workarounds of course, but they have there drawbacks. You could replace the background of an image with an old advertisement (That's what I did in my Godaddy theme), however the selector would be modified and broken over time as the site updates. Or you could add a pseudo element (The only way CSS can add content) with a screen cap of some of those older elements, however it would be noninteractable (Just an image). I will definitely look into it in the future when I go back to refine my older projects. Thank you for checking out my project, and have a blessed day :D
