So I've had this thing for over a week now. My entire point of this whole thing was to be a fitness trojan horse.
My brain is incredibly stupid and isn't motivated by such meaningless things like "Fitness", or "Health". Why would I ever take care of myself when I can spend all day, every day, lounging around drinking soda and mindlessly scrolling through Youtube and social media?
No no, I need something to trick myself into getting things done, something to get my idiot little worm brain (And equally worm-built body) to get into a positive routine, and this is actually one of my more effective idea.
Ever since I got it, I've been much more mobile. Not incredibly so, but I'm definitely less static. I also get less winded by general movement, meaning I don't sound like I'm on the brink of death every time I go up the stairs a little too fast.
I also just generally feel better. I don't feel like total garbage! I've graduated from a landfill to an overfilled trash bin. Not perfect, but sure as hell as an improvement.
My balance is still shit, but I've honestly never had good balance, so whatever.
Still, glad that I've actually made some progress. Sure, I have to do these silly little tricks to get myself motivated to get there, but hey, if it works, it works.
