Eating… Am I a licensed nutritionist ?

A lot of people ask me how I stay really really thin and have this almost model-like figure. And here are my tips.

Beware, maybe you’ll fail if you try this because it takes years of training and it has to become automatic and unconscious. Ask my friend swiitea33. It’s difficult!!!!!

First you’re going to digest more liquid than solid. I think this is pretty self explanatory. And then also eat only like one meal a day and fill yourself up with snacks throughout the day. Nothing too heavy though. And then also be extremely picky and don’t cave in when you’re hungry. Don’t eat after 8pm. Also if you’re going to send nudes to someone and have cyber sex with them, make sure you don’t eat for a few days so you don’t feel bloated. Also pro-tip trick your brain into thinking you’re eating by chewing gum. And if you’re smart, you’ll chew the teeth whitening one and even better if it’s the breast cancer gum. Don’t count calories, as that’s a myth probably so that Special K could sell more tender bars. And then also, make sure to walk a lot. You’ll be really really skinny. Like try moving into a walkable city!!!!!!!!!!!

These are just tips I found work for me over the years and definitely takes a lot of training, but once that eating disorder is settled in, then it’s settled for good!

PS: make sure food is a reward. A meal is a reward and just make sure to skip when you feel like you don’t deserve it.

PPS: You’re allowed to cry about this even though you’re willingly doing it, because it’s an eating disorder and that’s a valid reason to cry!!!!!!!
