WEED IS FEDERALLY LEGAL...the government just hasn't caught on yet

THIS GUIDE GOES TO YOU ALL OF MY ENTS LIVING IN NON-LEGAL STATES

Some of you may be familiar with the 2018 Farm Bill, the bill that legalized the production of Hemp. However, the bill also created a legal difference between Hemp and Marijuana. In order to qualify as hemp, the product needs to contain less than 0.3% delta-9 thc. <=== See that wording there? Delta-9 THC. If you live in an illegal state and have noticed a lot of thc products in places like vape shops and gas stations, this is why. They're most likely selling Delta-8 THC products, or HHC products, or some other non-delta-9 thc cannabinoid.

We're not talking about any alternate cannabinoid though. This bill also legalized full, regular marijuana that you'd be able to buy in a dispensary in a legal state.

How, you may ask? Marijuana flower contains next to no delta-9 thc in it. Instead, it contains THCa, which turns into delta-9 thc AFTER being combusted.

Now, for obvious reasons you are not going to find marijuana in the same vape shops and gas stations that you'd buy delta-8 products in. However, it is 100% legal to purchase through online vendors (who I will not list in this post, for obvious reasons) and shipped to your doorstep. 

There are a few caveats, namely:

• If you live in a legal state or any of these states: DE, GA, IA, NE, WY, NH, or SD then it is still illegal. Vendors may still ship to these states, but they are doing so illegally. 
• For obvious reasons, if you use THCa flower in any place where you would get in trouble for using regular marijuana, you will still get in trouble. This includes drug testing, purchasing a firearm, getting evicted, etc.

THIS GUIDE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE! 

The 2018 Farm Bill is on the table to be revised this year, so it's very possible that all of this will change very shortly.
