Match 2: Oryn and Serenity vs. Rainbow Dash and Pure Vanilla Cookie

Today is the second round of the Spacehey Character Tournament. Two of the leading strategists, Aaron and Kaelin, step out onto the battlefield. The arena is a large and spacious amphitheater, and the day is bright, with a sky clear of clouds, the sun shining down on the contestants. The spectators cheer at the sight of the new strategists. Surely this will be another fight to be remembered!

To the left, Aaron places their hands onto the ground, creating two glowing circles of light infront of them. Out of the circles erupts two of their OCs, Serenity and Oryn! They are experienced human fighters from the same story, used to fighting alongside each other! Serenity is a skilled melee fighter with weapons training and the ability to paralyze opponents by striking their pressure points! She will be armed with her fists and a spear. Her teammate Oryn will be acting as the long range support, armed with a crossbow. He seems to be the more reckless and aggressive of the two, but together they are not to be underestimated!

To the right, Kaelin takes a knee, creating two summoning circles before them as well. Out rises Rainbow Dash and Pure Vanilla Cookie. Rainbow Dash is a Pegasus pony hailing from the series My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. She embodies the element of loyalty and is the best flier of all of Equestria. She can fly fast enough to cause a sonic boom at top speeds, and can create tornado by flying quickly in circles. Pure Vanilla Cookie is a powerful healer, despite being a living baked good. He can use his abilities to heal party members and even protect them with shields in the heat of battle. Together, these two fighters have a powerful offense and defense.

The two strategists, Kaelin and Aaron, exit the arena. They are out of the battlefield, prepared to watch their champions duel.

The two sides, Serenety and Oryn against Rainbow Dash and Pure Vanilla Cookie, appraise each other. The humans grasp their weapons tight, and a silence comes over the entire amphitheater. Suddenly, Rainbow Dash and Pure Vanilla Cookie charge at the left team, and the battle to decide match 2 commences!

Serenity goes first, using her paralyzing touch to immobilize the enemy. However, Rainbow Dash uses it against her, knocking her off balance and making her unable to move for a moment. 

Oryn then rushes forward, firing his crossbow at the opponent's head, only to miss as Pure Vanilla Cookie dodges. Luckily, he was able to fire again, hitting Rainbow Dash in the side of the face. 

Oryn continues to fire, until finally the target is hit and knocked back.

In response, Rainbow Dash charges forward with incredible speed, smashing into the enemy with her hooves and knocking them over. 

She lands a few kicks as she backs up, and finally breaks free of the paralysis spell. Oryn, still trying to avoid the incoming attacks from the enemy, runs away from the battle, leaving Serenity behind. Meanwhile, Oryn has been spotted by Serenity, who jumps after him, breaking the paralysis spell. She strikes his legs, but he jumps through the air and uses his wings to propel himself away from the battle.

Seeing that her partner is out of the picture, Serenity decides to try and finish off Rainbow Dash herself. She leaps high into the air, but Rainbow Dash flies up to meet her. Both fighters exchange blows, but neither are able to land any significant hits on the other. With a quick move, Rainbow Dash grabs her tail and pulls her down, giving her a chance to strike. Serenity is thrown backwards, landing hard on the ground. Oryn then enters the fray, using his crossbow to fire a bolt at Rainbow Dash, which misses. He then sends a barrage of bolts at the enemy, but Pure Vanilla Cookie jumps between the shots, shielding her teammates.

As the last shot hits Pure Vanilla Cookie, the shield shatters. The next moment, Rainbow Dash strikes an arm and knocks it aside, dealing damage. But the shield is already broken, and the remaining armor shatters. Serenity gets up, but she's too slow, and Rainbow Dash slams her into the ground. Oryn rushes in, catching her with his arms, but Rainbow Dash is too strong, throwing Oryn away like nothing.

Serenity falls to the ground, knocked out. She has taken 3 hits, and is now eliminated. Rainbow Dash and Pure Vanilla Cookie turn to Oryn. Only he is left of Aaron's team, and now he must defeat both of them if he wants to win. The two rush to attack him, and he rushes to face them as well. The battle continues. 

Each one tries to outdo the other, and while Rainbow Dash proves more powerful, Oryn is the better fighter. He strikes at her several times, but Rainbow Dash is able to deflect some of the attacks. 

Finally, Oryn manages to land a punch, but Rainbow Dash dodges, sending him into a wall. She flies up high, hovering above the arena, and fires a blast of air at Oryn. He dodges, but is hit by another blast of air. Oryn tries to dodge, but she catches his leg and throws him to the ground.

Oryn wakes up, only to see Rainbow Dash about to finish him off. He tries to run, but he's too late. Rainbow Dash slams into him, knocking him out of the arena.

Rainbow Dash looks at Pure Vanilla Cookie, then turns to the audience. "That's what I'm talkin' about!"

Rainbow Dash and Pure Vanilla Cookie have emerged victorious! The crowd goes wild cheering, and the referees swoop in to end the match. Kaelin's team wins!

(Match statistics: Serenity took 3 injuries, Oryn took 3 injuries, Rainbow Dash took 2 injuries, Pure Vanilla Cookie took 2 injuries. This was a very close match!)
