I'm pansexual!

I was just reading up on it one day, and it felt like it was me so I looked up from my computer and said "Hey mom guess what, I'm pansexual"

I probably should've "come out" in a different way rather than just announcing it, so my mom told me to give her some time and tell her again. She wanted to read up on it too.

While pansexuality functions identically to being omnisexual or bisexual or other multisexual labels, those labels didn't feel like me, they felt like shirts that were too tight on me... calling me queer or gay is okay though. Even today I still struggle to see if there are any differences between them all, but like a meme I often repost says; "the definitions broadly overlap but the labels mean something different to each person and that's okay."

It's not me trying to "feel special", it's just something that feels like me.
