my mind feels foggy

lately ive been feeling really sluggish and dull, im having trouble thinking and focusing on things.

i also have this constant sense that i should be doing something, but i don't know what it is.

i can't relax

i have been feeling this way this week as well (in my case owed primarily to sleep deprivation. i don't know about yours). do remember that it is ok to take it easy for a little stretch until your next move becomes clear to you. sometimes that is just what you need to alleviate the fogginess and restlessness
