yea it is! I've heard it's supposed to get darker as it goes on, I'm in the middle of season 2 rn, and there are some sad, messed-up bits but the humor is also pretty good- plus the claymation gives me an odd nostalgic feeling even tho I haven't really watched those type of cartoons when I was little
