Nobody knows I'm falling apart

I've been doing so great these past few days.

doing my school work, taking showers, brushing my hair.

Everybody thinks I'm getting better. 

I'm lying about being clean from smoking, I've been working so hard doing all my homework to the point I lost sleep over it, I'm a fraud. I'm only looking better, cause I choose to look better. I'm the same as I was last year, I just look slightly different.
