I had a fight with my mom recently.
During the fight, (which was over the dumbest shit), She kept saying
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU'RE TALKING TO?"
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU'RE TALKING TO?"
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU'RE TALKING TO?"
In the midst of years of bundled up anger bubbling up inside, I said, "I'm talking to somebody who is far from being my mom"
She just went silent, and asked me who I thought my mother was, so I told her that I had many mother figures in my life, two of which being my older sister and my grandmother.
She got mad, and told me that I was a selfish kid.
I love you mom x
