All the Linux distros that I've tried

I have been using Linux since 2019, and I've acquired many knowledge during all that time. At the moment, I use Slackware 15.0, but that obviously wasn't the first Linux distribution that I tried, neither the second, or the third...

How I knew Linux

I was introduced to the world of UNIX operating systems when I was young, at 11 years old precisely. I knew GNU/Linux thanks to my dad, which was testing Puppy Linux in order to revive an old computer that was at my house.

My first contact (2019)

So, the first Linux distribution that I tested wasn't other than Puppy Linux! I couldn't install it to the hard drive though, because installing a new operating system was something really strange to me at that time. All the time that I used Puppy I used the Live Session, but wasn't a problem at all because of how Puppy Linux works.

But then I got bored and stopped using that, I tried to install Linux Mint but I couldn't due to Secure Boot. So I stopped using Linux for a time until 2020.

Puppy is pure class, too bad it won't do UEFI
abd that they decided to change so much in fossapup, that makes it weird to work with to say the least
had to switch to mint 'cause of that but hey I am planing to move from ubuntu base to slack base, probably SUSE

No no, I don't like Desktop Environments. I prefer using Window Managers, Fvwm2 to be exact :P

Yey, another Linux user!
Have you tried Zorin OS yet? It's based on Ubuntu and it looks really nice!

Not yet, I prefer using slackware. Maybe I will give it a look on a virtual machine.
