Fallout 4 Modded, Egrets Tour Marina Mystery

Yeah. This is under a little pier in the middle of a post-apocalyptic Boston- mind you.

I don't enjoy calling myself a "modder" by any means, but I do enjoy exploring and checking stuff out when I'm not engaged in armed combat with other scavengers in this single-player hellhole. That being said, I had collected a gun called the Heckler und Koch MP5. I'm also not a gun nut by any means, but it was a gun I remember enjoying from another mod (Modern Firearms) which really had me appreciating smaller arms. When I first started playing this game, I was more into rifles such as the Colt Canada Arms but honestly? I could really settle for Heckie Cokey.

In any case, I was on my way back to my base in-game and a place I often either pass by or completely miss seemed much more populated than it did some months before.. A strange look to it where a place had a plethora of secrets just by looking at it, you know what I mean? Well that train of thought lead me to this giant, underground base that's littered with skeletons after a few couple flights of stairs and a "no way back" situation I'm currently in.
