It only took a million billion years, but I finally moved my important files over from my laptop to my PC! :3 My "important files" being my drawings and my extensive, painstakingly-organized bookmarks.
I kept putting it off because, the first time I tried, the flashdrive I was trying to use was giving me some trouble. It'd stop copying my files halfway through, and Windows would tell me the drive didn't exist.
I know why it was acting weird: I'd turned it into a bootable drive to install Puppy Linux back when I was troubleshooting why my PC wasn't booting into Windows. But I don't think I properly reverted it back to a regular drive. >_< I really didn't feel like looking into the issue further, so I put it back on the shelf.
So anyway, I used one of my old hard drives that I use for backup purposes, and that worked flawlessly. :P
The real reason I finally did it today was because I was driving myself up the wall looking for someone's blog entry where they compiled a list of surveys. I couldn't find it no matter how hard I searched, and I knew I'd bookmarked it on my laptop, so I decided to bite the bullet and get it overwith. -w-
Oh shoot, now I'm realizing I can finally get back to working on my fursona's reference, too! I didn't have it on my PC until now!
