lifes getting a little better i think

life's been rough lately, i've been arguing a lot with my best friend lately (although i mean i can't even call her that, she's my best friend bc i don't have that many friends but i'm like one of her friends and like idk it's really complicated?) and i've also been trying to help out a few people with their problems which is also emotionally exhausting

but i've been taking time out to plan out my dreams and goals in life and while i feel like i haven't really accomplished anything, i'm not trying my best to think about what i DO want to accomplish and i'm trying to form habits around it

of course, adhd doesn't make that very easy. but i've been taking time to set up systems and stuff that work for me. i've decked out my notion (a note taking app that works as a good organization system) and made it look really aesthetic and pretty with an anime/pixel art vibe going for it.

i also use an app called habitica that helps me track my habits so i have a few daily tasks that i HAVE to finish. things like drawing like half a page of doodles at least or reading a chapter of any book. this helps me be somewhat consistent with my hobbies

i've also been more consistent with my japanese studies and that's a joy. i dunno if i'll be able to keep this going once my college starts but at least i'm not wasting my vacations away. that's nice in itself!
