i have no idea how long ive been off my meds

they just werent helping anymore

things are weird. nightmare was worse than usual last night. bad enough that i just wanted to drink as soon as i woke up to deal with it. recover. idk.

im sick of it

ill start taking my meds again tomorrow and hope for the best

i really miss how i felt when i was writing about how to be happier.
