I always feel this kinda... Really deep sadness at night.
Not sure if its cuz im just a daytime person, or if its something biological. This happens to others, but, none of my friends. Even my mental and physical health gets so much worse once the day is over. Im not as bad, mentally, as I once was, but night still feels lonely.
Maybe I should try planing things with friends at night.
Nevertheless! I will wake up tomorrow and feel a lot better so its not a big deal!!! <3

I get this way too! I've found that going to bed earlier and waking up earlier help tremendously. If your schedule allows it, you should consider it!
