i still exist

pretty much when i was around 8 or 9 my cousins lived in my aunts friend's basement. i remember him very vaguely. i didnt hang around him much because i was really shy when i was younger ESPECIALLY around boys, cuz ooooo he was a boy lolol. i didnt know his name or who he was (or i did at the time but i quickly forgot). then in grade 10 i saw this guy in my high school that looked extremely familiar but i genujinely had no clue who he was, until he told me that he knew my family and they lived with him for a bit. i was actually shocked and so surprised because really WHAT a small world. since then we've spoken a few times but mainly just send each other posts on ig. a few nights ago he randomly asked to call and we caught up a bit more. so im excited to see him tmro plus explaining to my dad that a boy is picking me up at 10pm will be a lot easier once he finds out hes actually just a family friend.
