ALL THE TEEN MOVIES LIED TO US

Ok but like fr. I feel like I'm the only one my age who hasn't had a recent relationship. Like I know that I'm not actually BUT IT REALLY FUCKING FEELS LIKE IT. My last "relationship" was in 7th grade. I say "relationship" because it only lasted like barely a week. But anyway I'm in 10th grade know. TENTH. All of the high school movies that i watched when I was younger are such a lie. I'm not going to parties every weekend, hanging out with friends after school, and making out with my partner. Hell I DON'T EVEN HAVE A PARTNER. I just thought things would be different. I'M SIXTEEN FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. My life should be filled with first loves, going to house parties, hanging out at random places at 3 am. But no. All I do is go to school, talk to my three friends, go home, and hang out with my parents. Shit, my PARENTS even admit to not wanting me home as much. And the cherry on top of it all is the simple fact that I am 16 fucking years old, a sophomore in high school, and have never been kissed, hell I've never even held a guys hand. I know people YOUNGER than me who have had more kisses and relationships than me. Even some who have lost their virginity!
