i hate public speakign

i j had my oral presentation n i kept having2paus to catch m breath so i wldnt Throw Up

my teacher paused like a half minute into my recording to play it back n i couldnt make out a SINGLE word i said n i wanted to cry n throw my guts up even more it was such a bad day
